Food for Fitness
I’ve been keep very close tabs on all of my food intake since I started this Bruising to be Bruce super project. My friend even offered to create a cool infographic of the details when I finish! Cool, huh??
I may sound like a broken record when I tell you what I’ve been eating. Let’s see: homemade muesli with rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried dates and dried apricots. Soy milk.
Chicken breast, spinach, chicken breast lettuce, chick breast…um, chicken breast.
Egg white, egg white, egg white, egg white, egg yolk. (Sounds like a game of duck duck goose, eh?)
Tuna, red rice, tuna brown, rice. Do drink – water, h-2-0 and a warm cup of shui. Ah…and for dessert…fruit. Yes, fruit! haha.
Check out the photo that I took today at lunch. Fresh beet root, tuna, and mixed greens. That’s right… no dressing.
